Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your Berlin Band to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return has been approved, you may return the Berlin Band to one of our points of sale or send it back to us by mail. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
